• Manage global back-up solution and report to IT management.
• 3rd line global support for IT Service Desk/IT Business Applications.
• Projects:
  • Migration VMWare ESX 4.x and 5.0 to 5.5 followed by Migrating old Windows 2003 servers to Windows Server 2012.
  • Back-up landscape redesign, Fileserver data, SQL data, etc.
  • Roll-out of New Collaboration VC Tool worldwide, Project Management, Technical workout & communication.
  • New Citrix Farm: Installation, Configuration, App migration.
